SDR career pathing (2021)
The overwhelming majority (93%) of companies offer at least one form of SDR career path.
More than half (56%) offer two or more. The prevalence of SDR-to-AE promotion paths vary significantly between low and high-ASP companies—ranging from 83% (below $25K) to 45% (above $200K).
