B2B Quota attainment by AE (2020)

On average, 64% of reps in a given group achieve quota.

There has been remarkable consistently around this metric over the years. Two-thirds of reps achieving quota seems to be the natural equilibrium.

We note a 7-percentage point improvement in quota attainment in high- growth companies versus laggards (66% versus 59%).
