B2B Average months at productivity per rep (2020)

We calculated months at productivity by subtracting ramp time from tenure.

Doing so, we find a median of 26 months at productivity.

High-growth companies have 25% lower average time at productivity than laggards (21 versus 28 months respectively). Considering the lower experience requirements, which correlate with shorter tenure, this isn’t surprising.
